研究方向

納米功能材料,光電功能納米材料的制備與應用研究,利用溶膠-凝膠,水熱合成等方法制備各種微納結(jié)構(gòu)的納米光電材料

氣敏傳感器,半導體氣敏傳感器的材料及其元件的制備研究,利用多種半導體復合材料制備用于有害、有毒、可燃危險氣體檢測的氣敏元件。

累計指導碩士研究生20人,其中畢業(yè)16人,5人獲校優(yōu)秀碩士畢業(yè)論文,2人獲國家獎學金。指導大學生校長基金項目4項,指導大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)項目2項,本科生以第一作者發(fā)表SCI論文1篇。指導本科生畢業(yè)論文獲得省優(yōu)畢業(yè)論文10篇。
