研究方向

納米功能材料,光電功能納米材料的制備與應(yīng)用研究,利用溶膠-凝膠,水熱合成等方法制備各種微納結(jié)構(gòu)的納米光電材料

氣敏傳感器,半導(dǎo)體氣敏傳感器的材料及其元件的制備研究,利用多種半導(dǎo)體復(fù)合材料制備用于有害、有毒、可燃危險(xiǎn)氣體檢測的氣敏元件。
